Our charges are:

• $95 for a house call (includes first 15 minutes onsite). Most issues are diagnosed during this time.
• $23 every 15 minutes or part thereof after.
• The house call is payable on the day with balance payable upon completion.
• If a technician attends the client’s premises at the booked time and access to the premises is not granted, a $95.00 call out fee will apply.
